Empire Media Worx Inc. has been the marketing company for Woodpecker Coats Canada since 2020.

The luxury cruelty free outerwear brand founded by Will Poho (original founder of Moose Knuckles) has grown year after year. Through many creative marketing strategies, visuals and collaborations Woodpecker Canada has been able to find their place both in the market and the lives of their devoted fans that sets them apart from any other outerwear brand available.

Effective Social Ads

Each year Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing Week show the highest sales volume of any other time of the year for Woodpecker Canada. We have increased annual sales more than 115% since 2021 with the use of effective, high quality advertisements on all three of these yearly benchmarked days.

Effective collaboration

- 1 Million Views

Collaboration and partnerships have always been a part of Woodpecker Canada's Marketing Plan. 2022 marks the year a Woodpecker sponsored video hit 1 million views on YouTube with Rap artist Moula 1st.

The collaboration included providing coats for daily content by Moula as well as a location for the video. Consulting the strategy with Moula 1st and his team lead to creating 'watch now' advertisements placed on YouTube. These were sponsored (paid for) by Woodpecker Canada and both promoted Moula 1st as well as Woodpecker Canada - a 'win-win' for both company and collaborator.   

Product Catalogue

Each year Woodpecker Canada compiles a full product catalogue to be used for distributors, retailers and trade shows. Empire Media Worx is responsible for all product photography, design and branding showcasing all 350+ SKU's each year since 2021.

Best Canadian Fashion Film 2022 Nominee

"Naughty Never Looked So Good" featuring Fashion Santa (Paul Mason) was created as a 2022 holiday season kick off campaign for Black Friday. It has been one of the most notable Woodpecker Canada collaborations to date and nominated for "Best Canadian Fashion Film 2022 Award" at the Canadian International Film Festival (CANIFF).

Cruelty free imagery

Over 3500 final photos were delivered and utilized for Woodpecker Canada's Website, Product Catalogue, Social Media, Saks Fifth Avenue, The Bay and JOOR Distribution channels.
