Porsche — A four-year partnership across inventory, campaigns, and award-winning work.
The brief
From 2018 to 2022, EMWX served as a creative partner across Porsche dealership and national campaign work in Canada. The engagement spanned three distinct bodies of work: ongoing inventory media for Porsche Centre Downtown Toronto, a national campaign for the Porsche Taycan launch (Taycan Across Canada), and the campaign media behind Porsche Centre Downtown Toronto's winning entry in Canada's first Porsche Classic Restoration Competition.
Across every deliverable, the standard was the same: work that had to survive Porsche AG's global brand review process on first pass. Porsche doesn't make room for "almost there." Every frame, every angle, every color choice had to meet the brand standards that Porsche applies to its own global in-house creative teams.
Our approach
We embedded as a long-term creative partner rather than a project-based vendor. Over four years, that meant building deep familiarity with Porsche's global brand standards, the specific editorial expectations of Porsche Canada's marketing team, and the operational rhythm of a working dealership. That context compounded — year four looked nothing like year one in terms of speed, efficiency, and creative confidence.
The work spanned three modes of production: inventory media — regular photography and video for Porsche Centre Downtown Toronto's vehicle inventory, shot to Porsche's global brand standards and deployed across the dealership's digital channels and national Porsche Canada systems; the national Taycan Across Canada campaign for the launch of the all-electric Porsche Taycan, distributed across Porsche Canada's national marketing system; and the award-winning campaign media for Porsche Centre Downtown Toronto's winning entry in Canada's first Porsche Classic Restoration Competition (2019), a Porsche AG-sanctioned national competition.
